Many of these images are available to view on my Flickr photo-stream, but I’ve also produced three photo books, self-published via Blurb. I still enjoy taking photos for my own pleasure. Please contact me to discuss your own requirements. It’s now possible to produce professional looking books at very low cost: these can be sent to potential clients or serve as a miniature artist portfolio. Even though digital photographs are generally viewed on a screen there is still something special about seeing your images in print, and a book is something to be treasured in a way that you might not with a folder of jpegs! I spend time carefully arranging the images for the greatest impact, varying the layout from one page to the next. Pictures are precious in themselves, but when they’re placed in a sequence, arranged creatively on the page and bound in a beautiful personalised book, they can have a much greater impact. A personalised photo book makes a fantastic and unique gift: over the years I’ve been commissioned to produce several books celebrating special events such as weddings, significant birthdays, memories of favourite people and places.
